There are 8 shades in the range. These include Pink Passion, Purple Fantasy, Royal Sapphire, Ocean Burst, Cherry Crush, Ruby Flame, Classic Pearl, and Chocolate Decadence.

I bought a semi perm colour and it washed out my hair
As the Passion Pink, Ocean Burst, Royal Sapphire and Purple Fantasy are semi-permanent shades, these will wash out within 6 – 8 washes. If you are looking for a permanent shade, we have four gorgeous shades to choose from (Classic Pearl, Ruby Flame, Cherry Crush, and Chocolate Decadence) – for the full range Click here.
I bought a semi perm colour and there is no colour developer inside the box.
Please refer to the right hand side of the instruction leaflet for full directions on using the semi-permanent shades. Please check the front of the box to see if the shade you have purchased is a semi-permanent or permanent colour.

Do I need to bleach my hair before colouring?

Will the product damage my hair?
It is also important that you have the correct starting colour hair – ie your hair should range between a dark blonde/light brown to medium brown before using the product. Please refer to the side of the box for more directions on this.
My hair is black / dark brown – can I use the product?
The Ocean Burst/Royal Sapphire do not take on my hair, when I followed all the steps on the box/leaflet. Why?

I've been using the semi-permanent shades, and now want to use one of the permanent shades. Do I need to pre-lighten by hair again?
It is not necessary to pre-lighten your hair again, provided that the previous semi-permanent shade is completey washed out, and your hair is back to a medium blonde. Ensure that you still conduct a strand test with the new semi-permanent shade.
I used the Ocean Burst, and it left my hair green and looks nowhere near blue. Why?

I used a permanent shade in the range, and now I want to switch my colour. Do I need to pre-lighten my hair again?
Yes, you do need to pre-lighten your hair again if you choose to switch to another Perfect Colour shade. However, you should conduct a strand test again to ensure that your hair is in good condition before proceeding. Before colouring your hair again, ensure that you allow for the correct waiting period before each colour occassion – Refer to the safety instructions on the outside of the box for further information. Overprocessing our hair can result in damage and can influence your overall colour delivery.
